Acrylic Sheet ( Acrybarr )
Acrylic Sheets under our brand name Acrybarr is a thermoplastic sheet manufactured using high quality raw materials and state of the art machineries. Chemically this is known as Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA). Acrylic sheets are a perfect substitute for glass which provides an outstanding surface hardness, combined with superior weatherability and good chemical resistance. It has a very superior optical clarity at half the weight of glass and impact resistance of approx. 25 times more than glass. It is also very easy to fabricate and bonds well with adhesives and solvents, available in all major colors.
FEATURES:
- Lightweight: Less than half the weight of glass and aluminum.
- Transparent: Available in clear with up to 90% light transmission (same as glass). Colored and embossed is also available for a variety of light transmission, light diffusion, and surface options.
- Weather Resistant: ABP Sheets retain their characteristics for years under all conditions.
- Thermal Insulation: ABP exhibit good thermal insulation, considerably better than glass and aluminum.
- Easy to Clean: ABP Sheets can easily be cleaned with a 100% cotton cloth.
- Resistance to Chemicals: ABP Sheets are resistant to various chemicals and other substances. However, they should be prevented from coming in contact with certain materials, as specified by the manufacturer.
- Easy to Mount: ABP Sheets are easy to work with and install.
- Flexible, Formable: ABP Sheets can be bent either hot or cold, can be thermoformed into a range of shapes, and fabricated.
